225 <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HFARINGS <br />' April 7, 1959 <br />The Board of Appeals held hearings on Tuesday, April 7, 1959, <br />in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, on the following <br />petitions: <br />Lexington Park Trust - to erect a sign with dimensions of <br />approxiMutely zu ft. x 36 ft. built of metal at a location within <br />the Lexington Office -Research Park, northeast corner of the inter- <br />section of Routes 2 and 128. <br />Perce Cook - to maintain lot and dwelling, IhO Pleasant St. <br />which has ron ge of approx. 102.05 ft. instead of the required 1251. <br />Joseph Bass. - to erect and operate a roadside stand on farm land <br />at 52 Low . or the sale of produce and flowers. <br />Georgina S. Bodine - for permission to operate a kindergarten <br />for not more than 10 children at 26 Fairlawn Lane. <br />At the close of the hearing an Executive Session was held dur- <br />ing which the following decisions were reached: <br />' Lexington Park Trust - withdrawn. <br />Perce Cook - granted <br />Joseph Buss - granted <br />Georgina S.
