1 <br />C] <br />1 <br />February 17, 19$9 <br />The Board of Appeals held hearings on Tuesday, February 17, <br />1959, in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, on the follow- <br />ing petitions: <br />Donald Banks - to erect a single family dwelling on Lot #2 <br />Banks Ave., LexIiFgEon,, which will have 20 ft. setback instead of the <br />required 30 ft. setback. <br />Jefferson Union - to use and occupy a portion of the one-story <br />shed locatesat tfie southwesterly corner of the building, 31 Fletcher <br />Ave., as a place of business of a builder, contractor and carpenter; <br />such part of the building to be leased to Richard H. Soule, Contractor. <br />At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held dur- <br />ing which the following decisions were reached: <br />Donald Banks - granted <br />Jefferson Union - denied <br />All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on <br />file in each individual folder. <br />Thelma G.
