BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />January 27, 1959 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Board of Appeals was held on <br />Tuesday, January 27, 1959, in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Build- <br />ing, on the following petitions: <br />Ca 1 Realiz Trust - to erect a dwelling on Lot 6 Great Rock Road, <br />Lexington with a zu H. setback instead of the required 30 ft. <br />Washin ton Funds, Inc. - to maintain a sign on property belonging <br />to 509 ego al oon, directing the public to a housing develop- <br />ment. Said sign is in violation of Art.IIIB of the Lexington Sign By-law. <br />Ha I. Zeltzer - to permit an optometric branch office to be <br />conducte$ s residence on Lot #9A Rumford Bid., Lexington <br />Perce Cook - to maintain dwelling at 140 Pleasant St. which has <br />insuffic en s, a yards. <br />At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held dur- <br />ing which the following decisions were reached: <br />Caryl Realty Trust - granted <br />' Washington Fund, Inc. - granted <br />Harry I.
