BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />December 16, 1958 <br />The Board of Appeals held hearings on Tuesday, December 16, <br />1958, in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, on the follow- <br />ing petitions; <br />Peacock Farms Association - to construct a swimming pool, 75' x <br />25' at the deep end by 451 at the shallow end, on land awned by the <br />Association, on Peacock Farm Rd. <br />Douglas E. Corri an - to maintain a dwelling at 21 Baskin Rd. <br />Which asInsufficient ant yard. <br />David B.hey - to erect three rooms and bath over existent <br />non-conrorming garage, 165 Lincoln St. <br />Walter Black - to build an addition to non -conforming garage <br />which is situated7n lot between 4 Eustis St. and 19 Percy Rd., Lexing- <br />ton. <br />At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held dur- <br />ing which the following decisions were reached: <br />Peacock Farms Association - denied <br />Douglas E. Corrigan - granted <br />David B.
