BOARD OF APPEALS HELMMGS <br />October 2131958 <br />The Board of Appeals held hearings on Tuesday, October 21, 1958" <br />in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, on the following peti- <br />tions: <br />C. Cammarata - to erect building on lot #1D, Woburn St., to be <br />used for nese of cleanser and dyer. <br />Theresa Iodice - for permission to operate a Nursery Play Group <br />for 10 children 4 mornings a week, 9-12 at 52 Winter St. <br />Paul Sandorff - to erect a carport and garden shed, attached to <br />house, 21 Tyler Rd., which will leave insufficient side yard. <br />Dr. Norman Boyer - to open a professional office in his home, <br />1932 Hass. Ave. Patients to be seen by appointment only. <br />R. Davenport - to construct a connecting greenhouse between 2 <br />existingand construct a storage building on top of existing <br />flat roof, 4 stall garage. <br />Willard P. Grush - ho erect addition to present dwelling, 32 Colony <br />Rd., wh c W= save efficient side yard. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during <br />which the following conclusions were reached: <br />C. Cammarata - granted <br />Theresa Iodice - granted <br />Paul Sandorff - granted <br />Dr. Norman Boyer - granted <br />R. Davenport — granted <br />Willard P.
