C <br />1 <br />W11 Vami •r� <br />September 30, 195$ <br />The Board of Appeals held hearings on Tuesday, September X 1958, <br />in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, on the following petitions: <br />Lexington Press Inc. - to use and occupy the building located at 7 <br />Oak' ., MM3 on, or general printing, binding and publishing busi- <br />ness purposes. <br />MAIZ A. and A. Hennes - to construct a single family dwell- <br />ing on a tract of land containing JJ4.13 acres which has no frontage on a <br />street. Said tract of land fronts on Mountain Rd. which is appurtenant to <br />the said tract over land of another to Robinson Rd. <br />William Wildes - to divide one lot #30 Winter St. into two lots, one <br />of which will not ave the frontage or area required by the Lexington Zoning <br />By-laws. <br />Masonic T_2�4ee - to make alterations and additions to existing build- <br />ing,HarrTingtonnd. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during <br />which the following conclusions were reached: <br />Lexington Press Inc. - granted <br />Mary A. and William A. Hennessy - granted <br />William Wildes - granted <br />Masonic Temple — granted <br />Thelma G. Reed <br />Clerk <br />203 <br />
