u <br />BOARD �F APPEALS HEARINGS <br />September 9, 1958 <br />The Board of Appeals held hearings on Tuesday, September 9, 1958, <br />in the Selevtmen's Room, Town Office Building, on the following petitions: <br />Barbara Jean Rose - to subdivide a parcel of land, 382 Concord Ave., <br />into 2 lots, one ow ch will have the area but not the frontage required <br />by the Lexington Zoning By-laws. <br />Joseph E. MacDonald - to erect a dwelling on lot #5 James St. which <br />has required are—a—BUmMoT the required frontage. <br />Johns Manville - to use Johns Manville Strongbord, 1/21, x !i' x 8' <br />or 4' x 5P, as an ernate to specifications required by the Lexington <br />Building By-laws. <br />James McGrath - to make additions to both sides of dwelling, 10 <br />Robinson Rd., w i will leave side yards insufficient to meet requirements <br />of the Lexington Zoning By-laws. <br />American Legion - to erect a meeting house on Fletcher Ave. between <br />Esso gas station and the Boston and Maine Railroad. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during <br />which the following conclusions were made: <br />Barbara Jean Rose - granted <br />Joseph E.
