El <br />1 <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />July 22, 1958 <br />The.Board of Appeals held hearings on the following petition on <br />Tuesday, July 22, 1958, in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. <br />William Sullivan - to erect a dwelling on lots #40-41 Dexter Rd. <br />James E. McCarthy - to erect an addition to residence, 26 Normandy <br />Rd. which will leave side yard that does not meet requirements of the <br />Lexington Zoning By-laws. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during <br />which the following conclusions were reached: <br />William Sullivan - granted <br />James E.
