9f <br />BUM OF APPEL�S M&RMGS <br />June 17, 1958 <br />The Board of Appeals held a meeting on Tuesday, June 17, 1958 in <br />the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. At 8:00 p.m. hearings were <br />declared open on the following petitions: <br />Margaret FaulAdngham - to subdivide one lot at 76 Woburn St., into <br />two lots whichwi l_noti ve frontage or area required by the Lexington <br />Zoning By-laws. <br />David Fudge and Son, Inc. - to erect and maintain a place of busi- <br />ness 6f an undertaker on property on the easterly side of Lincoln and <br />School Sts. and northeast of the junction of said streets, approximate <br />address would be 120 School St. <br />Vir inia Coleman - to permit the use of the building now known as <br />"Wildacre nn," 50 Percy Rd., Lexington, as a nursing home. <br />M. A. Seaburryy - to erect a sign on the roof above the second floor <br />lobby, between theMain building of the Lexington Inn and the restaurant <br />roof: Junction of Routes 128 and 2A. Sign to be 20' long and 6' high and <br />set 41 above the roof and set 41 from the edge of the roof. Sign would be <br />metal with raised letters of dark color against a light background and would <br />be illuminated at night by means of one or two spotlights on the roof. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during <br />which the following conclusions were reached: <br />Margaret Faulkingham - granted <br />David Fudge and Son, Inc . - granted <br />Virginia Coleman - denied <br />M. A. Seabury - granted <br />Thelma G. Reed, <br />Clerk <br />
