BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />' June 10,1958 <br />The Board of Appeals held a meeting on Tuesday, June 10, 1958 in <br />the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. At 8:00 p.m. hearings were <br />declared open on the following petitions: <br />Dexter R. Branch - to erect a carport, adjacent to single family <br />dwelling' , 91 Gran . which would leave side yard less than that re- <br />quired by the Lexington Zoning By-laws. <br />Anthony Lvveelli - to subdivide lots #14-15-16 James St. and lot #24 <br />Rangeway"Et.In o Slots equal in area. <br />John F. McCullough - to construct a garage attached to house at 121 <br />Cedar wfccw will not have the minimum side yard required by the Lex- <br />ington Zoning By-laws. <br />Camille B. Skov - to construct a garage and family room attached to <br />house at b Hawthorne Rd., Lexington, which will not have the minimum side <br />yard required by the Lexington Zoning By-laws. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during <br />which the following conclusions were reached: <br />' Dexter R.
