BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />' May 27, 1958 <br />The Board of Appeals held a meeting on Tuesday, May 272 1956, in <br />the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. At 8:00 p.m. hearings were <br />declared open on the following petitions: <br />Busa Brothers - to erect a dwelling 20 ft. from the street line and <br />5 ft. from the s ci line at 111 Bow St. <br />Mrs. Jean Jacobs - to operate a Child -Care Center, under Sec. 7.c. <br />of theLexington on gBy-laws for 8 four year olds, from 9:30 a.m. to <br />11:45 a.m, on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from September to June in her <br />home at 4 Diehl Rd. <br />John Brucchi - to operate a private Riding School for teaching <br />youngsters how o ride and for Pony rides. No rented horses will be allowed <br />off the premises. No parking of cars on the road, cars will be parked in <br />the back yard. <br />M.I.T. Lincoln Lab - to erect a metal frame addition 501 x U815" to a <br />present steel frame BUilding which does not comply with the Lexington Build- <br />ing By-laws. Building is located at 238 Wood St. <br />' At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during whidh <br />the following conclusions were reached: <br />Busa Brothers - granted <br />Mrs. Jean Jacobs - denied <br />John Brucchi - denied <br />M.I.T.
