1 <br />11 <br />BOARD OF APPFALLS HEARINGS <br />April 8, 1958 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held on Tuesday, April 8, <br />1958 in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. At 8:00 p.m. hearings <br />were declared open on the petitions as follows: <br />James J. Corr Jr. - to subdivide parcel of land bordered by Lincoln <br />St.,eston St. and Route 128 into 7 house lots which will not have the <br />required frontage or area. <br />William H. Wildes - to divide lot #30 Winter St. into two lots, one <br />of which will no ve the required frontage or area. <br />A. P. Sword - to maintain an electrical contracting business in a <br />propos rung located on lot 3E Lowell St. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during <br />which the following results were arrived at: <br />James J. Corr, Jr. - denied <br />William H. Wildes - denied <br />A. P. Sword - granted <br />Muriel C. Stone <br />Clerk <br />
