D <br />1 <br />i <br />BOARD OF APPEALS BEARINGS <br />February 25, 1958 <br />Aa regular meeting of the Board of Appeals was held on Tuesday, <br />February 25, 1950, in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. At <br />8:00 p.m. hearings were declared open on the following petitions: <br />J. F. McGlame Co. - to permit J. F. McGlame to vary Sec. 13 of the <br />Lexington um ung =laws to reduce the amount of pitch per ft. required <br />from 1/411 to l/8" for 270 lineal feet of horizontal drainage piping at the <br />Pine Hill Motor Hotel, now known as the Lexington Inn, at Marrett Rd. and <br />Rte. 128, Lexington. <br />Associates RealtyTrust - to erect a temporary sign on land owned by <br />the Associates Realty TFT of Lexington, between the Lexington Inn and <br />Route 128. Sign requested would be 121 x 20t, would not be illuminated <br />and would bein position not more than 90 days. It would be placed at least <br />100 ft. from the highway. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during <br />which the following conclusions were reached: <br />J. F.
