175. <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />December 30, 1965 57 <br />A:;.meeting 6f,::the Board of Appeals was held on Tuesday, December 30, <br />1957 in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. At 8:00 p.m. hearings <br />were declared open upon the following petitions: <br />Ernest DeVincent - to continue the operation of roadside stand <br />located at the corner of Pleasant St. and Concord Turnpike. <br />Harve W. Netagent - to maintain existing Colonial sign between posts <br />in the center of the outside portion of the Depot, and to maintain existing <br />real estate office at 10 Depot Sq. <br />Mark Moore Jr. - to erect a one -car garage at 2 Essex St. which will <br />not haves a ya required by the Lexington Zoning By-law <br />Mark Moore Jr. - to maintain lots A-1 and B-1 on Linmoor Terrace <br />which onot have the minimum square foot area required by the Lexington <br />Zoning By-law. <br />William R. Dini - to establish a professional practice as a doctor of <br />Medical DentisTry 17-186 Bedford St. <br />Nashoba Realty Trust - to erect and build a masonry hotel and restau- <br />rant on zoned G 2 located at 1722 Mass. Ave. and for a variance in the <br />zoning law to allow a portion of the hotel to abut a 34:35 foot section of <br />an R 1 district. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during <br />which the following conclusions were reached: <br />Ernest DeVincent - granted <br />Harvey Newgent - granted <br />Mark Moore, Jr. - granted <br />Mark Moore, Jr. - granted <br />William R.
