BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />' November 26, 1957 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held on Tuesday, November 26, <br />1957 in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. At 8:00 p.m. hearings <br />were declared open upon the following petitions: <br />Edward S. Folsom - to make one lot 60' x 100' out of remaining por- <br />tions oflotsT17— inclusive, Homestead St. <br />Mary D. Guarino - to erect a free standing sign, approx. size to be <br />29 sq.rt.., aLincoln St., to be flood lighted <br />Paino-LaCava Trust - to erect a two story frame and brick building <br />for phys czars' a en istsI offices 750' from the Lexington -Waltham line <br />on lots 7-8. <br />VV�ir�ai_nia Coleman - to increase patient capacity from 8 to 14 at the <br />existing Leex g on Nursing Home on 6 Raymond St. <br />Dr. Leonard V. Short - to maintain a separate building from the main <br />structure, as a e g, at 1433 Mass. Ave. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during <br />' which the following conclusions were reached: <br />Edward S. Folsom - denied <br />Mary D.
