BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />I <br />October 1, 1957 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's <br />Room, Town Office Building, Lexington, on October 1, 1957. At 8:00 <br />p.m. hearings were declared open upon the followinZ; petitions: <br />Carol Ingraham - to continue to operate a pre-school class for <br />not more anc ldren at 5 Downing Rd., Kexington, four mornings a <br />week. <br />William P. & Iris M. Howard - to operate a nursery -kindergarten at <br />15 Ewell Ave. for not more U=O children, from 9 a.m, to 12 noon. <br />Wilson Farm Inc. - to continue operation of roadside stand. <br />Lauri A. Lindell - to alter existing building at rear of 471 Waltham <br />St. for use as a private steam bath. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during <br />which the following conclusions were reached: <br />Carol Ingraham - granted, subject to the following conditions: 1. <br />that the operation of the pre-school class be confined to the game room <br />in the basement and the front room on the first floor. 2. That an assis- <br />tant shall be in attendance at all times. 3. That this permit shall ex- <br />pire September 27, 1958. <br />William P. and Iris M. That no flood lights shall be installed; 3. That no cars shall be <br />allowed to park on Pleasant St.; 4. That only vegetables, fruits and poultry <br />products grown on the land of the petitioner that is within the Town shall be <br />sold; 5. That this permit shall expire Oct. 23, 1957• <br />Lauri A.
