155 <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />' July 30, 1957 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held on Tuesday, July 30, <br />1957 in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. At 8:00 p.m. <br />hearings were declared open upon the following petitions: <br />Robert J. Trebino - to use lot (rear section thereof) for the <br />parking rue equipment; said lot adjoining his premises at 83 <br />Spring St. which is located in R 1 zone. <br />Joseph Monsignors - to complete interior of existing structure to <br />form a-1�5�it, to be used as a guest house for periods of approx- <br />imately two or three weeks at certain intervals of time. <br />Barbara Ennis & Wilda Ward - to operate a preschool for more than <br />tan ch at 3126 Mass. Ave. <br />Palladino Bros. Co. - to continue to conduct a contracting and <br />landscap s mess, luding stockpiling and sale of loam, fill, sand <br />and gravel on a parcel of land located on Mass. Ave. starting at 201 <br />and proceeding easterly on Mass. Ave. for a distance of 479 ft. more or <br />less. <br />Carmine M. Massimilla Jr. - to erect a stand on Lowell St. for the <br />sale o nursery stock ss.milla Nurseries. <br />E. Alden Erickson - to erect a two car garage and roof over <br />presenT—rs`ar­p3RE_v_Mh would have fourteen and one half feet instead <br />of fifteen feet side yard. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during <br />which the following conclusions were reached: <br />Robert J. Trebino - denied <br />Joseph Monsignors - denied <br />Barbara Ennis & Wilda Ward - denied <br />Palladino Bros. Co. - granted, subject to the following restric- <br />tions: (1) this permit will expire June 20, 1958; (2) all materials <br />shall be tracked to and from the property by way of the driveway entering <br />onto Bair St. and any loose material dropped from the trucks on to Bow <br />St. shall be promptly removed from the street; (3) the hours of opera- <br />tion shall be restricted from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. six hays a week; (4) <br />water, or a sprinkler system shall be used to control dust, especially <br />on the driveway leading to Bow St.; (5) there shall be no expansion of <br />the present operation; (6) only equipment regularly used in the business <br />shall be parked or stored on the premises; (7) the premises shall at all <br />times be kept in a neat and orderly condition; (8) all material dropped <br />on Bow St. and Mass.
