BOARD OF APPEALS HEART GS <br />' May 21, 1957 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held on Tuesday May 21, <br />1957 in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. At 8:00 p.m. <br />hearings were declared open upon the following petitions: <br />Charles E.'Heath - to vary the Lexington Zoning By-law in order <br />to erecVa ss e family dwelling at 66 Burlington St. which does not <br />conform to the Zoning By-law, being in the so-called Manor Section. <br />Carl E. Faflick - to build an addition to the existing house at <br />28 Moon . w5 ch will come to within 18 ft. of the street line at <br />Its nearest point, substantially in accordance with the plot plan sub- <br />mitted. <br />Oathet ReaM Trust - to erect a single family dwelling on parcel <br />"A" ale ree Lane, said parcel having an area of 27,600 <br />sq.ft. instead of the required 30,000 sq.ft. <br />Alfred G. Jones - to garage a trach at 272 Concord Ave., the same <br />being in an R I district which allows bat one track, and to store on' <br />said truck for a period not to exceed 48 hours, the commodities carried <br />thereon. <br />' Lex. Medical Center Building Association - to erect a building to <br />be used as office or pbySiCIAM at N0.113 CiArke St. with dimensions of <br />approx. 110 x 45 ft. instead of with dimensions of 100 x 84 ft. for <br />which permission was granted, and further petitions for permission to <br />use said building for offices for physicians, dentists and allied pro- <br />fessions in the field of medicine. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during <br />which the following decisions were made: <br />Charles E.
