BOARD OF APPEiLS HEARINGS <br />Miy 7, 1957 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held on Tuesday, May 7, <br />1957 in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. At 8:00 p.m. <br />hearings were declared open upon the following petitions: <br />Belford E. Cr9ss - to subdivide Lot 2 located on Winter St. by <br />adding an area or approx. 33,000 sq.ft. of said Lot 2 to Lot 3 numbered <br />148 Winter St. and to use new lot as a building lot; which subdivision <br />will not comply with the Zoning Bywlaw. <br />Dianne Estates - to make an addition to rear of existing non-con- <br />forming�it TL t 52 Bellflower St., also add porch at right front. <br />Dianne Estates - tl make an addition to rear of existing non-con- <br />formin_g7&W ung Z�48 Bellflower at. <br />Ralph W. Galen - to maintain an office for the practice of den- <br />tistrys ome—located at 46 Marrett Rd. <br />Virginia Coleman - to use the property at 6 Raymond St. as a board- <br />ing house for more thin four persons. The premises are now being used <br />as a nursing home. <br />' Charles H. S. King - to erect a two -car garage at 11 Greenwood St <br />which have a s eyard of 5 ft. instead of 10 ft. and a rear yard of <br />5 ft. instead of 15 ft. as required by the Zoning By-law. <br />Pbyllis A. Ackerman - to change the existing lot line between Lot <br />6 and Lot 7 a mot. and 1.10 Adams St. respectively. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during <br />which the following decisions were made: <br />Belford E.
