BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />' March 26, 1957 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held on Tuesday, March 26, <br />1957 in the Selectmen's Roan, Town Office Building. At 8:00 p.m. hear- <br />ings were declared open on the following petitions: <br />Mary E. Dac - to continue to operate a kindergarten for 10 <br />children, 4 and 5 years of age, five mornings a week from 9 a.m. to <br />11:45 a.m. at 18 Winchester Drive. <br />Martin J. Bellinger - to continue to practice medical diagnosis <br />and treemeta at his home., 7 Patriots Drive. <br />Ellen L. Sharkey - to continue the use, and extend for two years <br />beginnTi Wrcn20,, 1957, the premises on Lot #11, 16 Hazel Rd. as the <br />site of microwave transmitting equipment, including specifically a long- <br />range calibration unit. <br />Ernest E. Outhet - to erect a single family dwelling at 59 Hard- <br />ing Rd. w c pa not conform to the Zoning By-law. <br />Richard C.L�on - to change the lot lines of Lot D numbered JB Paul <br />Revere wE�ch wiw l! also change the lot lines of X60 Paul Revere Rd. <br />and #44 Greenwood St., to enable the side yards of Nos. 58 and 60 Paul <br />Revere Rd. to be more in conformity with the Zoning By-laws. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held daring <br />which the following decisions were reached: <br />Mary E. Dacey - granted, subject to the following conditions: <br />(1) that not more than 10 children shall be in attendance at any one <br />time; (2) this permit shall expire Oct. 18, 1957. <br />Martin J. Bellinger - granted, subject to the following conditions: <br />no regular office hours shall be maintained; (2) no sign shall be used <br />except that permitted in Sec. 6(d) of the Lexington Zoning By-law; (3) <br />this permit shall expire when Dr. Bellinger ceases to occupy the premises; <br />(1t) that only occasional patients and emergency cases shall be treated. <br />Ellen L. Sharkey - granted, subject to the following conditions: <br />that upon the expiration of this permit on March 20, 1959 the entire <br />structure, including the fence, shall be removed and the premises re- <br />stored as nearly as practicable to their original condition. <br />Ernest E.
