1 <br />1 <br />February 19, 1957 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held on Tuesday, February <br />19, 1957 in the Selectmen's Room, Tam office Building. At 8:00 p.m. <br />hearings were declared open on the following petitions: <br />Ernest DeVincent - to continue the operation of roadside stand <br />located at the corner of Pleasant St. and Concord Turnpike. <br />John L Warner - to vary the Lexington Zoning By-law in order to <br />construe an a on to existing dwelling on Lot 66 at 21 Normandy Rd. <br />which addition will have a side yard of 13 ft. on the right hand side <br />instead of the required 15 ft. <br />Alice R. Simpson - to operate a Boarding House for the aged on <br />the premises known as 6 Raymond St. Capacity not to exceed 18 patients, <br />ambulatory persons only. <br />Associates RealtyTrust - to erect an all metal ground sign 33" x <br />U32 1314" above - on lot at the n.w. corner of Rte. 128 and <br />Marrett Rd. (Rts.21) for accessory use of business on same property. <br />Sign to be parallel to and 1401 back from Rte. 128 according to plot <br />plan submitted. Sign to be illuminated by (4) 300 watt overhead re- <br />flectors. <br />James Cata so - to,continue the operation of retail business of <br />selling Mowers and plans grown on the premises at 643 Waltham St. as <br />per Permit Order. <br />Chrles H.
