' BOARD OF APPEALS HEA6R NGS <br />January 22, 1957 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held on Tuesday, January <br />22, 1957 in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. At 8:00 p.m. <br />hearings were declared open on the following petitions: <br />Richard H. Soule Inc. - to permit a place of business of a builder, <br />contraofor an carper er, on a parcel of land on Mellex Rd., Lexington; <br />and to erect a building on siad land without connecting to a sanitary <br />sever, provided said land passes a percolation test and approval by the <br />Board of Health. <br />Ernest E. MacPhee - to subdivide lot of land located at 33 Vadlle <br />Ave. into two o s', M to maintain existing house on Lot B which lot <br />has sufficient frontage but insufficient area'as required by the Zoning <br />By -lay. <br />Dorothy C. Coburn'- to subdivide lot 6 at 950 Waltham St. into two <br />lots marc , lot A not having sufficient frontage as required <br />by the Zoning By-law; and to maintain existing dwelling thereon, <br />Wilda M. Ward - to continue operation of a nursery group at 233 <br />East St. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during <br />which the following decisions were made: <br />Ribbard H. Soule, Inc. - denied <br />Ernest E. MacPhee - granted, subject to the condition that the <br />garage with insufficient sideyard on Lot B will be removed within a <br />reasonable period, not to exceed six months from. date. <br />Dorothy C. Coburn - denied <br />Wilda M. Ward - granted, subject to the following conditions: <br />(1) that the premises shall be kept in a neat and orderly condition at <br />all times; (2) that not more than ten children shall be accommodated <br />at one time; (3) this permit shall expire Oct. 25, 1957. <br />Muriel C.
