I <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />December 20, 1956 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held on Tuesday, December <br />20, 1956 in the Selectmen's Room, Tam Office Building. At 8:00 p.m. <br />hearings were declared open upon the following petitions: <br />Grace Chapel - to erect a sign b' x 61 on a lot it owns on Worthen <br />Rd. an oma this sign for a period of not longer than two years. <br />Theodore L. Storer - to maintain the existing sign on land situated <br />on Route tween Atlantic Service Station and the ramp to Marrett <br />Rd. which sign does not conform to the Zoning By-law. <br />Murray Sloane - to maintain existing signs located as follows: <br />one sign on land s tuated on Route 128 on the Waltham -Lexington line, in <br />Lexington; and the other sign on land situated on the corner of Route 2 <br />and Route 128, in Lexington, which,.a gffido not conform to the Zoning <br />By-law. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during <br />which the following decisions were made: <br />Grace Chapel - granted <br />Theodore L.
