9 5 <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />INovember 20, 1956 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held on Tuesday, November <br />20, 1956 in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. At 8:00 p.m. <br />hearings were declared open upon the following petitions: <br />Ra�nn d and Emilio Desimone - to continue the use of the tool <br />shed on laTloca a on private—right of way off Webb St. <br />Persia L. Ballou - to operate a scheduled play group for not more <br />than ten children ITIer residence 2013 Mass. Ave., said group to be <br />operated in the forenoon, not more than three days a week. <br />Herbert C. and Ethel M. Bourne - to erect a two -car garage at <br />183 Bedford . which come to within 5 ft. of the side lot line. <br />Richard H. Singleton - to erect a tool house at 379 Woburn St. <br />Which WILL �e loca�o the rear lot line. <br />Stanley M. W man M.D. - to (1) erect and maintain, on a certain <br />parcel oJAnd containing 13.,14d sq.ft., situated at 160 Waltham St. <br />Lot #7, A colonial type building consisting of basement and one story <br />having a frontage of approx. 50 ft. and a depth of approx. 32 ft., <br />together with X-ray equipment to be contained therein, to be used as a <br />physician's professional office for the diagnosis and treatment of <br />patients, (2) to erect and maintain in the rear of said premises a <br />private open air parking area to service not less than 12 motor vehicles <br />for use by the petitioner, his staff, patients and guests in connection <br />with the maintenance of said physician's office; (3) to erect and main- <br />tain a portion of the northeasterly side wall of said building 7 ft. <br />from the northerly side line of said lot as shown on sketch submitted. <br />Moore Realty Trust - to maintain the existing house at 10 Essex <br />St. having s eyan s o 10 ft. instead of the 12 ft. required by the <br />Zoning By-law <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during <br />which the following decisions were made: <br />Raymond and Emilio Desimone - granted, subject to the following <br />conditions: (1) the building shall not be used for residential purposes; <br />(2) the use of the building shall extend only until Aug.14, 1957. <br />Persis L. Ballou - granted, subject to the following conditions: <br />(1) that an assistant be employed at all times; (2) that the children <br />be properly supervised at all times; (3) the outdoor play area shall be <br />properly fenced in; (4) this permit shall expire June 30, 1957. <br />' Herbert C. and Ethel M.
