125 <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />1 <br />November 6, 1956 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held on Tuesday, Dovember <br />6, 1956 at 8:00 p.m. in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. <br />At 8:00 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following petitions: <br />Wilson Fara Inc. - to continue to operate the roadside stand <br />to 6 Pleasant St. <br />adja <br />Mrs. Harry W. Cram - to operate a pre-primary school for not more <br />than $en cnarena ween the ages of 2 and 5-1/2 years at 759 Waltham <br />St., five days a week from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. the year round. <br />James W. C�ovea - to build a garage and breezeway attached to the <br />exist�e at 1'FR-evolutionary Rd. which will be set back 26 ft. <br />from the street at the nearest point instead of 30 ft. as required by <br />the Lexington Zoning By-law. <br />Anthony J. LaGava - to use the building 1047 Waltham St. as an <br />office. <br />Mary J�O'Brien,- to install a switchboard with 20 telephone con- <br />nections in her hMe at 34 Homestead St. for a doctors' and business <br />' <br />men's answering service, with the understanding that if more services <br />are required, she will present a new petition to the Board of Appeals, <br />and with the understanding that Mrs. O'Brien and her husband will be the <br />only persons to operate the services. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during <br />which the following decisions were reached; <br />Wilson Farm, Inc. - granted, subject to the following conditions: <br />(1) that the premises shall at all times be kept in a neat and orderly <br />condition, (2) that no cars shall be allowed to park on Pleasant St. <br />(3) that no flood lights shall be installed, (4) that only vegetables, <br />fruits and poultry praducts grown on the land of the petitioner that is <br />within the Town shall be sold, (5) that this permit shall expire Oct. <br />23, 1957. <br />Mrs. Harry W. Cram - granted, subject to the following conditibms: <br />(1) that there shall be an assistant employed at all times, (2) that th <br />outside play area shall be fenced in, (3) that the children shall be <br />properly supervised at all times, (4) that this permit shall expire <br />September 30, 1957. <br />James W. Coveney - granted <br />Anthomy J. LaCava - denied <br />Mary J.
