a <br />L <br />1 <br />1 <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEi WGS <br />October 16, 1956 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held on Tuesday, October <br />16, 1956 at 8:00 p.m. in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. <br />At 8:00 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following petitions: <br />Belix Q. Cutler - to construct a leafs -to greenhouse, 93�' long and <br />8' wide., at se rear of his house at 4 Carley Rd., the same to be con- <br />structed of wood and fibre glass, with the understanding that no <br />products of this greenhouse will be sold but are for his own private <br />use. <br />Charles C. Flanders - to maintain an office for the practice of <br />Dentistry acoc St. <br />Ethel P. Koester - to maintain existing dwelling located at 16 <br />Gleasonc oes not have the required set back under the Zoning <br />By-law. <br />William E. Fitzgerald - to have a trailer on his land, now being <br />develope- onDewey Rd. as a temporary office -residence. <br />Mary PPerrotta - to operate a beauty parlor in her home at 203 <br />Marrefiw. <br />James A. Carri - to use approximately 40 acres of land, bounded <br />by Pleasan St. ani tne east and the Cambridge -Concord Hgwy on the south <br />for an 18 -hole golf course and accessory uses as shown on plan submitted. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during <br />which the following decisions were reached: <br />Felix V.
