121 BOARD OF APPEALS HUFaNOS October 2, 1956 A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held on Tuesday, October 2, 1956 at 8:00 p.m. in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. At 8:00 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following petitions: Antho R. Cataldo - to use the existing building at 703 Mass. Ave. for the processing, warehousing and selling of fresh fruits and vegetables. Mrs. C. S. Broussard - to operate a Nursery School 5 days a week for children ag o years, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at 21 Butler Ave. Paul Alibrandi - to continue the operation of roadside stand at 565 owell St. Frank A. Napoli - to continue the operation of existing roadside standsituated on Marrett Rd. until June 1, 1957, for the sale only of products of the land of the owner of the stand that is within the Town of Lexington. Nishan Haroian - to operate a roadside stand at 353 Concord Ave. William E. Tobin - to maintain existing house at 12 Xbrate-man Lane, Frederic W. Spearin - to construct an addition to existing house at 23 Cedar Sto - George Stevens - to construct a single family dwelling at 15 MoreIZO which will have a rear yard of approximately 12 ft. at the nearest point. At the close of the hearings an executive session was held daring which the following decisions were reached: Anthony R. Cataldo - granted, subject to the following conditions: that the permission hereby granted shall be until July 1, 1957; that no fruits or vegetables shall be sold at retail on the premises, that no by-products from the use or materials used shall be stored outside the building; that the premises hereby granted shall be kept in a neat and orderly condition. Mrs. C. S. Broussard - granted, subject to the following conditions: (1) that not more than 10 children shall be in attendance at any one time; (2) that an assistant shall be employed if more than 6 children are in regular attendance; (3) that no portion of the basement shall be used for the children attending the school; (G) that the children shall ' be properly supervised at all times; (5) that the premises shall be kept in a neat and orderly condition at all times; (6) that this permit ex- pires August 20, 1957.
