121 <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HUFaNOS <br />October 2, 1956 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held on Tuesday, October <br />2, 1956 at 8:00 p.m. in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. <br />At 8:00 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following petitions: <br />Antho R. Cataldo - to use the existing building at 703 Mass. <br />Ave. for the processing, warehousing and selling of fresh fruits and <br />vegetables. <br />Mrs. C. S. Broussard - to operate a Nursery School 5 days a week <br />for children ag o years, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at 21 Butler <br />Ave. <br />Paul Alibrandi - to continue the operation of roadside stand at <br />565 owell St. <br />Frank A. Napoli - to continue the operation of existing roadside <br />standsituated on Marrett Rd. until June 1, 1957, for the sale only <br />of products of the land of the owner of the stand that is within the <br />Town of Lexington. <br />Nishan Haroian - to operate a roadside stand at 353 Concord Ave. <br />William E. Tobin - to maintain existing house at 12 Xbrate-man <br />Lane, <br />Frederic W. Spearin - to construct an addition to existing house <br />at 23 Cedar Sto - <br />George Stevens - to construct a single family dwelling at 15 <br />MoreIZO which will have a rear yard of approximately 12 ft. at <br />the nearest point. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held daring <br />which the following decisions were reached: <br />Anthony R. Cataldo - granted, subject to the following conditions: <br />that the permission hereby granted shall be until July 1, 1957; that no <br />fruits or vegetables shall be sold at retail on the premises, that no <br />by-products from the use or materials used shall be stored outside the <br />building; that the premises hereby granted shall be kept in a neat and <br />orderly condition. <br />Mrs. C. S. Broussard - granted, subject to the following conditions: <br />(1) that not more than 10 children shall be in attendance at any one <br />time; (2) that an assistant shall be employed if more than 6 children <br />are in regular attendance; (3) that no portion of the basement shall be <br />used for the children attending the school; (G) that the children shall <br />' be properly supervised at all times; (5) that the premises shall be kept <br />in a neat and orderly condition at all times; (6) that this permit ex- <br />pires August 20, 1957. <br />
