1 <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />August 21, 1956 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held on Tuesday, August <br />21, 1956 at 8:00 p.m. in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. <br />At 8:00 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following peti- <br />tions: <br />Normand R. Cartier - to operate a language center at his resi- <br />dence, 41 Somerae. <br />Jewish Commanit Center Nursery School - to operate a Nursery <br />SchooT al 15013 Mass. Ave, !) "ys a week from 9 a.m. to 12 noon, for <br />a period of one year from date, with the understanding that a maximum <br />of 10 children shall be accommodated and that they shall be super- <br />vised by one teacher and an assistant at all times. <br />Grey Nuns Charities Inc. - to operate an Elementary School in <br />the frame house a Pelham Rd. <br />Techbailt, Inc. - to erect a model vacation cottage without <br />utili ea or permanent foundation at 3 Turning Mill Rd. <br />' At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during <br />which the following decisions were reached: <br />Normand R. Cartier - denied <br />Jewish Community Center Nursery School - granted <br />Grey Nuns Charities, Inc. - granted, subject to the regulations <br />and requirements of the Dept. of Public Safety of the Commonwealth of <br />Massachusetts. <br />Teahbuilt, Inc. - granted, the permit to expire August 21, 1957• <br />Muriel C.
