1145 <br />BQAffiD OF APPEALS HELHCNGS <br />July 31, 1956 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held on Tuesday, July 24, <br />1956 at 8:00 p.m. in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. At <br />8:00 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following petitions: <br />Domenic F. Catanese - to maintain the house now being con- <br />strac at co Terrace, in accordance with plan submitted. <br />Robert B. Newman - to erect a two -car garage at 17 Moon Hill <br />Rd. <br />Nancy C. Schock - to operate a play school for children from 3 <br />to 5 years of age in her home at 8 Marrett Rd. two mornings a week <br />from 9 to 12, September to June. <br />Patrick F. Lynch - to construct a basement and one-story addi- <br />tion'11 x 161 at the rear of his existing garage and at the side of <br />his existing house at 231 Bedford St. <br />Paul Marashio - to subdivide Lot 7 numbered 659 Lowell St., the <br />proposed new 7onot having the required frontage and area. <br />Michael A. Pellicci - to establish an automobile dealership to <br />sell, trade.,buya vertise the sale of automobiles at a location <br />described as 915A Waltham St. <br />Joseph C. Burley - to subdivide Lot A located at 2173 Mass. Ave. <br />in order- o ma e-sepaeparate lots for existing non -conforming dwellings. <br />Nalcolm J. Eastwood - to erect a dwelling at 5 Bates Rd. which <br />does not have TU77Mge required under the zoning by-law. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during <br />which the following decisions were reached: <br />Domenic F. Catanese - granted <br />Robert B. Newman - granted <br />Nancy C. Schock - granted, subject to the following conditions: <br />(1) that this permit shall expire July 1, 1957; (2) that the children <br />shall be properly supervised at all times, both inside and outside <br />Patrick F. Lynch, granted, subject to the following conditions: <br />that the building would have masonry block foundation which would ex- <br />tend under the rear of existing house and would be cement coated to <br />disguise the blocks; that the addition would be constructed with a <br />pitched roof and would be shingled; that the walls and ceiling of the <br />present garage shall be wire lathed and plastered. <br />I <br />Muriel C.
