113 <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />July 24, 1956 <br />Church of Our Redeemer - granted <br />Charles H. Murray - granted, substantially in accordance with plot <br />plan submitted, which would have the necessary side and rear yaads but only <br />26 ft. front yard. <br />Bryant W. Patten - granted <br />Frank M. Hodgdon - denied <br />W. J. Garnor, Jr. - denied <br />Jams A. Carrig - granted, subject to the following conditions: that <br />the premises shall be kept in a neat and orderly condition; that this per- <br />mit shall expire July 1, 1957• <br />Muriel C. Stone <br />Clerk <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held on Tuesday, July 24, <br />1956 at 8:00 p.m. in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. At <br />8:00 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following petitions: <br />Church of Our Redeemer - to erect a steeple on the building now being <br />constructed at 6 Mariam St. to extend 109 ft. above grade with the under- <br />standing that at the 50 ft. level a concrete slab will be installed with a <br />self-closing metal door for fire protection, and that adequate provision <br />will be made to prevent the steeple from being damaged by lightning. <br />Charles H. Murry - to erect a single family dwelling, ranch type, of <br />wood construe 3.-n on of 97 and half of 96 located on Robbins Ave. <br />B t W. Patten - to maintain an existing lot and dwelling at b Cary <br />-only <br />St. which Will Eve a 619N side yard instead of the required 10 ft. <br />on the left hand side and will have 6,983 sq.ft. of area instead of 7,500. <br />Frank M. Hod don'- to subdivide a parcel of land at 70 Reed St. in <br />order to mace a building lot which would not have the frontage required by <br />the Zoning By-law and to erect a single family dwelling thereon. <br />W. J. G or Jr. - to erect a garage and connecting breezeway to be <br />locateN ate' mute -man Lane which would not have the side yard required <br />by the Zoning By-law <br />James A. Carri - to continue the use of the temporary real estate <br />office at the corner of Pleasant St. and Concord Ave. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during <br />which the following decisions were reached: <br />Church of Our Redeemer - granted <br />Charles H.
