BOARD OF APPELLs HURINGS <br />July 10, 1956 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals, was held on Tuesday, July 10, <br />1956 at 8:00 p.m. in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. At <br />8:00 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following petitions: <br />Malcolm J. EastWoed - to erect a single family dwelling at #5 <br />Bates Rd. w oes have the frontage required under the Zoning <br />By-law. <br />Albert Gardner - to construct a single family dwelling at 342 <br />iikltham . x would have a setback of 20 feet instead of 30 as re- <br />quired by the Zoning By-law. The house would have a side yard of 7-1/2 <br />ft. on the left Land side and 9 feet on the right, <br />Claude A. Clarke - to build a carport 4 feet from the existing house <br />at 75 Cedar St. ZMving no side yard. <br />Leon S. Kinsman to maintain existing house at 11 Grand View Ave <br />with a side yard 190 instead of the required 10 ft. <br />Walter G. Black - to subdivide Lot "C" located on Blossom Sto into <br />two buMing lots marked "D" and "E" as shown on the plan submitted, both <br />lots having the required area, but being short of the required frontage <br />by 5.85 ft. <br />John F. MacNeil - to erect a building an his property at Depot Sq. <br />substantially accordance with the plans submitted. <br />Tofa W. Khiralla - to subdivide lot numbered 52 North Hancock St. <br />into two lots and,o erect a single family dwelling ibn Lot "B". <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during <br />which the following decisions were reached: <br />Malcolm J.
