June 12, 1956 <br />A meeting of the Hoard of Appeals was held on Tuesday, June 12, <br />1956 in the 8electments Room, Town Office Building. At 8:00 p.m. <br />hearings were declared open upon the following petitions: <br />William L. Potter - to use lot 11OF Fair Oaks Terrace as a build- <br />ing lot although It Will not have the required frontage; it being un- <br />derstood that the house being built will be located substantially in <br />accordance with the plan submitted. <br />Jan Larawar - to build a greenhouse addition which will set <br />back B feet from the street, and will continue the line of the <br />present greenhouse at 30 Moreland Ave. <br />George I�h - to waste a ted► -family bouse at 9 Pleasant St. <br />by remod�' 1E t present 8-rom dwelling, <br />Marion C. Fillmore - to build a porch 151 x 15' at the rear of <br />prssen g a Marrett Rd. which would not have the proper <br />side yard but would continue the 7 ft. side yard of the existing house. <br />Charles H. Marr - to erect a single family dwelling on lot 97 <br />locat'eTcn ve, whish does not have the aide yard and setback <br />required. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during <br />which the following decisions wers.reached: <br />William L. Potter - granted <br />Jan Layenaar - granted <br />George Mahoney - denied <br />Marion C. Fillmore - granted <br />Charles H. MurraV - denied <br />Muriel C.
