1 <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARIN138 <br />W 8, 1956 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held on Tuesday, M' 8, 1956 <br />in the Selectmen's Rooms, Town Office Building. At B:OO p.m. hearings <br />were declared open upon the following petition: <br />Walter C. Bows® - to malnLain an office for the practice of <br />ohiro'ii'reaidence, 112 Bedford St. <br />Angelo Bass - to continue to operate roadside stand at 137 Grant <br />Angelo Mardon - to operate a roddaide stand for the sale of vege- <br />tables, an s, eggs and fruit produced on land adjacent to the stand <br />and also produced on a ams]1 piece of laud located an Grapevine Ave. <br />I <br />Ernest E. Outhet - to erect a single family dwelling on a lot at <br />201Ea . v ..cC vould have the requisite side yards but would net <br />bask from the street only 20 ft. bat this would be to the front of the <br />steps leading to the house, and the body of the house would be set <br />back 25 feet to coliform with houses farther up the street. <br />Ernest E.
