BOARD OF APPEALS HUFaNOS <br />April 3, 1956 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held on Tuesday, April 3, <br />1956 in the Select en's Room, Town Office building. At 8:00 p.m. <br />hearings were declared open upon the following petitions: <br />John F. McNeil - to erect a building of second class construc- <br />tion on lend a3jac'ent to the Boston & Maine R.R. at Depot Sq., zoned <br />as a C 2 district, which will not have the required side yard and <br />rear yards, also to permit a 7 ft. canopy to be attached to the <br />building which will project over the adjoining R 1 lot. <br />Kenneth N. Ernst - to convert a single family dwelling at #2 <br />Moreland Ave. o a two-family dwelling. <br />Peter J. & Anna C. KeDona - to subdivide lot numbered 301 Massa- <br />ohusets Ave. so that etdivision line is not less than two and a half <br />feet from the rear of the building now on said lot. <br />Eduard Fey - to remove a house from 1981 Mass. Ave. and install <br />it at o u St. with the understanding that the house will set <br />back at least 20 feet from the street, and that permission can be ob- <br />tained from the Board of Selectmen and the Police Dept. to move the <br />house, and that he receive a Board of Health Permit. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held dur- <br />ing which the following decisions were reached: <br />John F. McNeil - denied <br />Kenneth N. Ernst - denied <br />Peter J. and Anna C. McDonagh - granted, subject to the condition <br />that no building or structure shall be erected or maintained on the <br />parcel to be subdivided and conveyed closer than ten tett to said <br />building now on said lot. <br />Edward Ferry - granted <br />Muriel C.
