I <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />March 13, 1956 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held on Tuesday, March 13, <br />1956 in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. At 8:00 p.m. hear- <br />ings were declared open upon the following petitions: <br />First National Stores Inc. - to erect and maintain one double- <br />faced sign at PbU Bedford St. as shown on plan submitted, which will not <br />conform to the Lexington Building By-law <br />Newgent Associates - to erect a -single family dwelling, known as <br />a "National Home" on Lot b, numbered 12 Larchmont Lane, which does not <br />conform to the Building By-law; also to permit this same house to be <br />erected on other lots in Lexington where the architecture fits in. <br />Lloyd H. Miller - to continue the operation of roadside stand at <br />973 Concord Turnpike. — <br />Warren T. Bryant - to erect an addition to existing dwelling at <br />61 Laconia St. which would have sideyards of 11 ft. and 12 ft. instead of <br />15 ft. as required by the Zoning By-law. <br />' At the close of the hearings an executive session was held dur- <br />ing which the following decisions were reached: <br />First National Stores, Inc. - denied <br />Newgent Associates - denied <br />Lloyd H. Miller - granted subject to the following conditions: <br />(1) that the premises shall be kept in a neat and orderly condition; (2) <br />that there shall be no flood lighting of the premises; (3) that no park- <br />ing of cars shall be permitted on the Concord Turnpie; (4) that this <br />permit shall expire April 1, 1957; (5) that only products of the land of <br />the owner that is within the Town of Lexington shall be sold on the prem- <br />ises. <br />Warren T.
