1 <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />February 16, 1956 <br />The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting on Tuesday, <br />February 16, 1956, At 8:00 p.m. hearings were open as follows: <br />Techbuilt, Inc. - to_,.e, � ily dwelling on Lot #24, <br />7 Turning 'Mll Rd. as a temporary construction and sales office. <br />Antonio Busa - to maintain dwelling at 94 Bow St. which now has <br />a setback from the street of 20 ft. instead of the 30 ft. required by <br />the Zoning By-law. <br />Joseph Monsi ore - to remove gravel and fill from Lot B 7 <br />located on Laconia St. This material would be removed from a high knoll <br />at the rear of the lot and used in connection with the construction of <br />Dane and Foster Rds., in the Colonial Development. <br />James Catalano - to continue the operation of retail business of <br />selling plants a Viers growing on the premises at 643 Waltham St. <br />Philip N. Garfield - to erect a porch 12' x i4,61, attached to <br />dwelling at 10 Balfour St. which would be 13 ft. from the side line in- <br />stead of 15 ft. as required by the Zoning By-law. <br />Joseph E. Casey - to maintain existing dwelling at 30 Valley Rd. <br />which is set Uack 26 at the nearest point from Valley Rd. instead of <br />the 30 ft. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held dur- <br />ing which th'e following decisions were made: <br />Techbuilt, Inc. - granted, subject to the f9llowing conditions: <br />(1) that the use shall cease Feb. 15, 1957; (2) that a sign not in excess <br />of 12 sq.ft. may be erected on the premises; (3) that a temporary permit <br />by the Bd. of Health shall be issued before the premises are used. <br />Antonio Buss. - granted <br />Joseph Monsignore - denied <br />James Catalano - granted, subject to the following conditions: <br />(1) automobiles shall be parked on the premises and not on the highway; <br />(2) permit expires Jan. 5, 1957. <br />Philip N. Garfield - granted <br />Joseph E. Casey - granted <br />Muriel C. Stone <br />Clerk <br />
