77 <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />' December 6, 1955 <br />A regular meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the <br />Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, December 6, <br />1955. <br />At 8:00 p.m. hearings were declared upon on the following <br />petitions: <br />Dr. Edwin Peterson, Jr. - to maintain an office for the prac- <br />tice ofMiT—ap—ody an ois ry at #11 Harrington Rd., Lexington. <br />Guy Caminita - to erect a two -car garage at 93 Grove St. which <br />will not have the set back and side yard required under the Zoning <br />By-law. <br />H. S. Swartz - to use the so-called Telephone building at 27 <br />Muzzey St. as editorial offices for compiling the editorial and ad- <br />vertising material of New England Construction Magazine. <br />Harold Michelson - to erect an addition at 1788 Mass. Ave.,to <br />be used as part or present store, as shown on plan submitted. <br />Adams Press, Inc. - to use and occupy the building located at <br />7 Oakland or general printing, binding and publishing business <br />purposes. <br />Harvey W. Newgent - to erect an attached two -car garage at #21 <br />Hastings Rd Which will be located not less than 25 ft. from Hastings <br />Rd. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held dur- <br />ing which the following decision were reached: <br />Dr. Edwin Peterson, Jr. granted <br />Guy Caminita - this decision was held up pending further in- <br />formation. <br />H. S. Swartz - granted, subject to the following conditions: <br />(1) that not more than 15 persons shall be employed in the premises; <br />(2) that provisions be made for off-street parking for all employees <br />cars; (3) this permit is subject to purchase of the building from the <br />N.E.Tel. & Tel. Co. <br />Harold Michelson - denied <br />Adams Press, Inc. - granted, so long as the real estate is owned <br />by the Adams Press, Inc., and the Adams Press, Inc. is controlled directly <br />or beneficially by Alan G. Adams and/or Rebecca W. Adams. <br />
