3 <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />' October 25, 1955 <br />A regular meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the <br />Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, October 25, 1955• <br />At 8:00 p.m. hearings were declared open on the following <br />petitions: <br />Helen A. McCaffrey - to erect a single family dwelling on Lots <br />9 and 8B num ere Aaron Rd. which will have a frontage of 120 ft. <br />instead of 125 ft. and an area of 14,960 sq.ft. instead of 15,500 sq. <br />ft. as required under the Zoning By-law. <br />Harold�Mi helson - to erect an addition approx. 61811 x 15'6" <br />to existing building 1788 Mass. Ave. to be used as part of present <br />store, said addition not having the required rear yard. <br />Emilia Dias - to change the one family house at 389 Concord Ave. <br />into a moo- a�house, substantially in accordance with the plans sub- <br />mitted. <br />Wilson Farm Inc. - to continue to operate the roadside stand <br />adjacent to Ito Pleasant St. <br />' <br />Harvey W. Newgent - to vary the Zoning By-law to permit the erec- <br />tion -of a two -car garage on Lot #21 numbered 21 Hastings Rd. which will <br />be located 20 ft. from the street instead of 30 ft., and 12 ft. from the <br />side line instead of 15 ft., as required under the Lexington Zoning By- <br />law. <br />Lewandos French Dyeillg & Cleaning Co.- to maintain a business of <br />a cleansing and pick up station at #13 Depot Sq., and to erect and main- <br />tain a sign, substantially as shown on the sketch submitted. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during <br />which the following decisions were made: <br />Helen A. McCaffrey - granted, provided that the set back, side <br />yards and rear yard will conform to the requirements of the Lexington <br />Zoning By-law. <br />Harold Michelson - to erect an addition approx. 688!1 x 15'61' to <br />existing bldg. - denied. <br />Emilia Dias - granted, subject to the condition that all require- <br />ments of the Building Byalaw are complied with. <br />Wilson Farm, Inc. - granted, subject to the following conditions: <br />(1) that the premises shall at all times be kept in a neat and orderly <br />condition; (2) that no cars shall be allowed to park on Pleasant St. (3) <br />that no floodlights shall be installed; (4) that only vegetables, fruits <br />
