M <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />' September 13, 1955 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's <br />Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, September 13, 1955• <br />At %00 p.m. hearings were declared open on the following <br />petitions: <br />Homer W. Bartram - to erect a 2 -car garage at 9 Reed St. <br />Donald K. Irwin'- to erect a single family dwelling on lots 15 <br />and 16 in block 23,,'T-exter Rd. <br />Gilbert Barrozo - to erect a single family dwelling on Lot 6 <br />numbered 110Simon' cRd. which has a frontage of 118.82 ft. instead of <br />the required 125 ft. <br />Martin J. Bellinger, M.D. - to maintain a professional office in <br />his home at7 Patriots Drive <br />Raymond & Emilio DeSimone - to continue the use of the tool shed <br />on land located on private rig of way off Webb St. <br />' Xrs. C. S. Broussard - to continue to operate a Nursery School 5 <br />days a wee or c 1 ren aged 2 to 5 years, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at <br />21 Butler Ave. <br />Paul Alibrandi - to continue the operation of roadside stand at <br />565 LoweTrSt. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during <br />which the following decisions were made: <br />Homer W. Bartram - granted <br />Donald K. Irwin - granted <br />Gilbert Barrozo - granted, provided the requirements of the Zoning <br />By-law as to set back and side yards are complied with. <br />Martin J. Bellinger, M.D. - granted, subject to the following con- <br />ditions: (1) No regular office hours shall be maintained; (2) no sign <br />shall be used except that permitted in Sec. 6 (d) of the Lexington Zoning <br />By-law; (3) this permit shall expire Jan. 1. 1957; (4) that only occa- <br />sional patients and emergency cases shall be treated. <br />Raymond & Emilio DeSimone - granted, subject to the following con- <br />ditions: (1) the building shall not be used for residential purposes; <br />' (2) the use of the building shall extend only until Aug.14, 1956. <br />Mrs. C. S. Broussard - granted, subject to the following conditions: <br />
