35 <br />PLANNING BOARD HEARINGS <br />March 31, 1955 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's <br />Room, Town Office Building, Tuesday, March 31, 1955• <br />At 8:00 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following <br />petitions: <br />Six Moon Hill Inc. - to erect a frame bath house to be used in <br />conjuncT on with the existing swimming pool on Lot #24 - Moon Hill Road, <br />substantially in accordance with the plot plan submitted. <br />Roy D. Keene - to erect a single family dwelling at 1 Ingleside <br />Rd. which does not have the 150 ft. frontage as required under the Lex- <br />ington Zoning By-law. <br />Vine Valley Realty Corp. - to erect a single family dwelling on Lot <br />#7 Grant t. Extension which oes not have the required frontage and area. <br />Eric Karlson - to subdivide Lot 1 located on Valley .id. <br />John F. Daniels - to build a one -car garage at 84 Bertwell Rd. which <br />will be set back noMess than 25 ft. from the street instead of 30 ft. as <br />required by the Lexington Zoning By-law. <br />Edward S. Folsom to erect an addition approximately 24'3" x 106" <br />to the exis nga ing at 108 Woburn St. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during <br />which the following decisions were reached: <br />Six Moon Hill, Inc. - granted <br />Doy D. Keene - denied <br />Vine Valley Realty Corp. - denied <br />Eric Karlson - granted <br />Joseph E. Casey - granted, subject to the condition that all re- <br />quirements of the Zoning By-law covering set back, side yards and rear yard <br />shall be complied with in any dwelling erected on Lot "A". <br />John F.
