BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />March 10, 1955 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's <br />Room, Town Office Building, Tuesday, March 10, 1955 <br />At 8:00 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following <br />petitions: <br />Angelo Bu��sa__ - to build and operate a roadside stand at 137 Grant <br />St. substant3aliy in accordance with the plot plan submitted. <br />Norman C. Fletcher - to erect an addition to the existing dwell- <br />ing at 36 Moon H Rd—.which will come within 5 ft. of the lot line. <br />E. L. Sharke - to continue the use and extend for two years be- <br />ginning March 20, 55, the premises on Lot #11, 16 Hazel Rd., Lexington <br />as the site;of microwave transmitting equipment, including specifically <br />a long-range calibration unit as presently installed. <br />At.tr e close of the hearings an exe cutive session was held <br />during which the following dedcisions were reached: <br />Angelo Busa - granted, subject to the following conditions: '(1) <br />that one sign may be erected, not larger than 3' x 61; (2) that there <br />shall be no flood lighting of the premises; (3) that sufficient area <br />for automobiles shall be provided, so that cars will not be required to <br />park on Grant St.; (u) that only products of the land of the owner of <br />the stand that is within the Town shall be sold; (5) that such permit <br />shall expire March 10, 1956. <br />Norman C. Fletcher - Granted <br />E. L. Sharkey - granted, subject to the condition that on the ex- <br />piration of this permit on Mar. 20, 1957 the entire structure, and fence <br />shall be removed and the premises restored as nearly as practicable to <br />their original condition:. <br />Muriel C.
