2T <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />February 10, 1955 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's <br />Room, Town Office Building, Tuesday, February 10, 1955• <br />At 8:00 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following <br />petitions: <br />Leonard J. Colwell - to erect single family dwellings on each of <br />the five parcels of landlocated on Hillcrest and James Streets as shown <br />on plan submitted. <br />Kenneth Blodgett - to subdivide parcel of land on Liberty Avenue <br />into twolots as shown on plan submitted, which do not have sufficient <br />frontage, and to erect a single family dwelling on each. <br />Moore Realty Trust - to subdivide that portion of a parcel of land <br />at 125 Reed St. a own on plan submitted, into 5 lots. <br />Rose D. Lambert - to maintain the addition at the rear of the <br />existing we ing =5 Robbins Ave. as presented located. <br />Georgie Burr Smith - to erect a tourist sign on the premises at 2006 <br />Massachustts Ave. <br />' Crowell Tube Co. Inc. - to continue the manufacture of small metal <br />tubing as previously con uc ed by the Crowell Tube Co., at 177 Bedford St. <br />James B. Catalano - to continue the operation of retail business of <br />selling p ants an owers growing on the premises at 643 Waltham St. <br />Mass. Institute of Technology - to erect a steel antenna tower as shown <br />on Drawing � , at M. .T. Fie.dstation, 238 Wood St. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during <br />which the following conclusions were reached: <br />Leonard J. Colwell - Granted subject to the condition that all re- <br />quirements of the Lexington Zoning By-law covering setback, side yards and <br />rear yards are complied with. <br />Kenneth Blodgett - to subdivide parcel of land - granted provided that <br />all conditions of the Zoning By-law as to setback, side and rear yards are <br />complied with. <br />Moore Realty Trust -granted, subject to the condition that the <br />statement on the original plan shall be signed by the Lexington Planning Board <br />stating that approval of this lot is not required under the Subdivision <br />Control Law. <br />Rose D. Lambert - granted. <br />
