21 <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />I <br />December 16, 1954 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's <br />Room, Town Office Building, Tuesday, December 16, 1954. <br />At 8:00 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following <br />petitions: <br />Carmine Massimilla - to remove sand and gravel from land desig- <br />nated as part of Lot , being located at the rear of 96 Lowell St. <br />Eric Karlson - to subdivide Lot C, 30 York St. <br />Harvey W. Newgent - to maintain a real estate office in the Boston <br />& Maine R.R. Depot n Depot Square, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That only one sign 30 x 36 shall be displayed as presently located <br />under the portico flat against the building. 2.
