BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />' December 2, 1954 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's <br />Room, Town Office Building, Tuesday, December 2, 1954• <br />At 8:00 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following <br />petitions: <br />Donald K. Irwin - to erect a single family dwelling on Lots 30 and <br />31 in B ock Nfc ols Road. <br />Concetta Cataldo - to erect a single family dwelling on Lots 175 <br />and 176 at the corner of Rindge Ave. and Winn Ave. <br />John J. Viano - to erect a single family dwelling at 15 Woodcliffe <br />Rd. substantially in accordance with the plot plan submitted. <br />Robert Wildes - to erect a single family dwelling on Lots 28 and <br />29 located on CusEing St. <br />Robert Wildes - to erect a single family dwelling on Lots 24 and <br />25 loose on on CusEiing St. <br />Robert Wildes - to erect a single family dwelling on Lots 26 and <br />27 located on Cu s ing St. <br />Robert Wildes -.to erect a single family dwelling on Lots 16 and <br />17 located on Cus ing St. <br />Robert Wildes - to erect a single family dwelling on Lots 18 and <br />19 located on Cushing St. <br />Robert Wildes - to erect a single family dwelling on Lots 20 and <br />21 located on Cvs-Sing St. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during <br />which the following decisions were reached: <br />Donald K.
