1 <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />September 23, 1954 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's <br />Room; Town Office Building, Tuesday, September 23, 1954. <br />At 8:00 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following <br />petitions: <br />Fred L. Spellenberg - to subdivide parcel of land at 494 Lowell <br />St. <br />Eston & Clara Chapman - to subdivide Lot A located at 549 Lowell <br />St. <br />James W. Lambie - to erect an addition 11' x 15' to existing <br />dwelling at 56 Shade7f. <br />E. J. Harris - to erect a single family dwelling at #5 Garfield <br />St. <br />Donald M. Guiler - to build a shed dormer at 57 Dexter Rd. <br />Persis L. Ballou - to maintain and operate a scheduled play group <br />for not more than 10c ildren at her residence 2013 Mass. Ave., said play <br />group to be operated in the forenoon, not more than three days a week, <br />subject to the condition that the children shakl be properly supervised <br />at all times, and that the permitted use shall expire June 191955. <br />Robert Wildes - to erect a single family dwelling on lots 3 and <br />4 Sullivan S s own on Plan of Park Heights, No. 5, Lexington, Mass. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held dur- <br />ing which the following decisions were reached: <br />Fred L. Spellenberg —Granted <br />Eston & Clara Chapman - Granted <br />E. J. Harris - Granted -subject to the condition that sewage <br />disposal shall be provided satisfactory to the Board of Health <br />Donald M.
