BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />September 9, 1965 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's <br />Room, Town Office Building, Tuesday, September 9, 19t* <br />At 8:00 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following <br />petitions: <br />Raymond & Emilio DeSimone - to continue the use of toolshed on <br />land located on private right o way off Webb St. Lexington. <br />Mary E. Dacey - to continue operation of Kindergarten for child- <br />ren of pre-school age, at 545 Bedford St., Lexington. <br />Pearl Verdone - to subdivide Lot "E" located on Deming Rd. <br />William H. Sullivan - to erect single family dwellings on Lots <br />8 and 9, being number-077and 87 Winter St., Lexington. <br />Nellie M. Norris - to erect a toolhouse on Lot 151 - First St. <br />Six Moon Hill Inc. - to maintain a cooperative swimming pool <br />located it oon Hill Rd. <br />Frank A. Napoli — to operate the existing roadside stand situated <br />on Marrett Rd. forrtthe sale d products of the land of the owner that is <br />within the Town of Lexington. <br />Mass. Institute of Technology - to erect a 90 foot steel tower <br />located at the M.I.T. F"i_eTJ_STation5 238 Wood St. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held dur- <br />ing which the following decisions were reached: <br />Raymond & Emilio DeSimone - Granted <br />Mary E. Dacey - Granted -subject to the following conditions: 1. <br />That not more than 10 children shall be in attendance at any one time; <br />2. That this permit shall expire August 20, 1955. <br />Pearl Verdone - Denied <br />William H. Sullivan - Denied <br />Nellie M. Norris - Granted <br />Six Moon Hill, Inc. - Granted <br />Frank A. Napoli - Granted <br />Mass.
