7 <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />August 26, 1954 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's <br />Room, Town Office Building, Tuesday, August 26, 1954. <br />At 8:00 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following <br />petitions: <br />Anne M. Elden - to erect a single family dwelling at 330 Con- <br />cord Ave. w c will be set back 27.52 from the street instead of the <br />required 30 ft. <br />James R. Bright - to erect an addition to the existing house at <br />56 Robbins Rd. which will not have the set back from the street as re- <br />quired by the Zoning By-law. <br />John E. Hossfield - to subdivide parcel of land located at 128 <br />Reed St. into two parte s, designated as Lots "A" and "B" on plot plan <br />accompanying petition, and to maintain on each of the subdivided lots <br />the existing dwellings. <br />Robert F. Freda - to erect a two -car garage attached to the <br />' existing ouse all"1 Lincoln St. which would be set back 7'1" from <br />the northeasterly lot line. <br />Edward A. Bannon - to erect a porch attached to existing dwell- <br />ing at 56 Harding RJ. substantially in accordance with the plot plan <br />submitted. <br />Mrs. C. S. Broussard - to operate a Nursery School 5 days a <br />week for children age o 5 years, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at 21 <br />Butler Ave. <br />Madeleine C. Harrison - to continue operation of Kindergarten <br />for not more n ten c ren, five days a week, during the school <br />year, at 29 North Street. <br />Paul Alibrandi - to erect and operate a roadside stand at 565 <br />Lowell St. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held dur- <br />ing which the following decisions were reached: <br />Anne M. Elden - Granted <br />James R. Bright - Granted <br />John E. Hossfield - Granted <br />Robert F. Freda - Granted <br />' Edward A. Bannon - Granted <br />Mrs. C. S. Broussard - Granted -subject to conditions as set <br />forth in Permit Order <br />
