BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />July 15, 1954 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's <br />Room, Town Office Building, Tuesday, July 155, 1954. <br />At 8:00 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following pe- <br />titions: <br />John Brucchi - to operate a riding school at 63 Paul Revere Rd. <br />Charles S. Tuck - to erect a double faced sign aoprox. 11' x 4' on <br />the port roFi of—o-T e uilding located at 442 Marrett Rd. <br />Melkon M. Samoorian - to subdivide Lot D located at 365 Waltham St. <br />David J. Harrigan - to build an extension of approximately 4 ft. on <br />to existing garage a4 Marrett Rd. which will be 7-1/2 ft. from the side <br />line. <br />John D. Kennedy - to erect a single family dwelling at 485 Concord <br />Ave. on Lot A�1, wF Tdoes not have the required frontage. <br />' Charles H. Murray - to erect a single family dwelling on 'lots 42 <br />and 43, UMbered IU4 Winter St., which does not comply with the Zoning By - <br />Law. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during <br />which the following decisions were reached: <br />John Brucchi - Denied <br />Charles S.
