BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />I <br />June 24, 1954 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's <br />Room, in the Town Office Building, Lexington, on June 24, 1954. <br />At 8:00 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following pe- <br />titions: <br />William A. Murray - to subdivide Lot "An 98 Laconia St. into two <br />lots, eac w a ron ge of approx. 83 ft. and area of approx. 18,500 sq.ft. <br />and to erect a single family dwelling on lot marked "A.211. <br />Robert L. Lyon - to continue the use of the house numbered 265 Bed- <br />ford St.and9 No.Hancock St. as a two-family dwelling. <br />Rose Ampolo - to permit the erection of single family dwellings on <br />Lots B toI inc usive, located on Graham Rd. which would not meet the re- <br />quirements of the Lexington Zoning By-law as amended. <br />Palladino Bros. Co. - to conduct a contracting and landscaping busi- <br />ness, inc u ling s oc g and sale of loam, fill, sand and gravel on a <br />parcel of land located on Mass. Ave. starting at 201 and proceeding easterly <br />' on Mass. Ave. for a distance of 479 ft., more or less, with access to and from <br />Bow St. all of said land being located in a C 2 general business district. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during <br />which the following decisions were reached: <br />William A. Murray - Granted <br />Robert L. Lyon - Granted <br />Rose Ampolo - Denied <br />Palladino Bros. Co. - Granted with restrictions and conditions <br />Muriel C. Stone <br />Clerk <br />1 <br />
