297 <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARSNGS <br />JUNE 105 1954 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's <br />Room, in the Town Office Building, Lexington, on June 10, 1954. Chair- <br />man Locke, Messrs. Lynah, Ripley, Redman and Ballard were present. The <br />clerk was also present. <br />At 8:00 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following pe- <br />titions: <br />Ruth V. Ready - to erect a single family dwelling on Lot No.17, <br />numbered10 Jean Rd., substantially in accordance with the plot plan <br />submitted. <br />Prince A. Hewell - to erect a single family dwelling on Lot 30 <br />located at 96 Maple which lot consisted of 4.2/10 acres with a front- <br />age of 78.2. <br />Joseph P. Belotti - to change the line dividing lots 35 and 36 at <br />8-10 Cam ridge -Concord Highway. <br />Alfred P. Tropeano - to erect and maintain physicians, dentists and <br />other professional offices at 114 Waltham St., located on the lot substan- <br />tially in accordance with the plot plan submitted, and with a metal fire <br />escape in the rear of the building instead of a second inside stairway from <br />the second floor; and subject to the condition that the use of the offices <br />shall be limited solely to physicians, dentists, and other professions. <br />James W. Quinn - to remove the existing mounds from that portion of <br />the gravel pit .'�ocate3 off Woburn St. designated at Parcel #1 on the plot <br />plan submitted. <br />Clarence P. Shannon - to remove soil, loam, sand and gravel from par- <br />cel of land situated on orth St. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during <br />which the following decisions were reached: <br />Ruth V. Ready - Granted <br />Prince A. Newell - Denied <br />Joseph P. Belotti - Granted <br />Alfred P. Tropeano - Granted <br />James W. Quinn - Granted <br />Clarence P.
